2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products, which we may accept. Payment is due in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed upon through written communication, including email, text, or other forms of proof.

  • In-Stock Orders: Processed within 10 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Processing time is longer, as agreed upon in the quote.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped once a week on Fridays.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or due to weather conditions.
  • Local Pickup: Available in Tidewater, Oregon by prior arrangement.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
